Northwest Indiana, is known for the stomping ground for many highly acclaimed artists, and "
The Triple Dose Band"
keep that list going. Making their debut six years ago, these highly
talented musicians met during a jam session in Hammond, Indiana. As a
very versatile group, their performances lean towards the genre of
variety music, allowing them to satisfy the desires of all their
listeners. The founder of "
The Triple Dose Band"
Keith Jackson, was greatly inspired by legendary artists: Quincy Jones,
Miles Davis, Marcus Miller, Stanley Clarke, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley
and Marvin Gaye. Each member of the band has his own claim to fame, as
they all have performed with greats such as: Tito Jackson of the
Jackson 5, The Chi-lites, Tyrone Davis, The Staple Singers, Chicago,
The Winans, Yolanda Adams, Dawkins & Dawkins, Gene Chandler, Artie
"Blues Boy" White, The Ohio Players, Fishbone, and Tony Toni Tone, to
name a few. The band's touring itinerary has them currently performing
all throughout Chicago, and Northwest Indiana.
